I’ve been wishing for an enticing premium to offer people—something that would persuade more folks to give me their email addresses for The Merry Mystic. How to lose ten pounds overnight? How to attract money? How to avoid an eternity of torment in hell? (That one used to persuade a lot of people to join churches, and even tithe to them, so I considered it seriously.)
But then it hit me: I have something lots of people want. I have the secret of flight. Ready for this?

So fun and so true! Releasing your attachment to the ground – I am thinking about the things that I am attached to that drag me down. Perfectionism, performance anxiety…let’s see, I should think of another P word… 🙂 Ah, how about pain of the past?

Caught the updraft on this one. Have been having dreams of flying since I was a child. Once I flew so close to an angel that I noticed my face radiated heat when I landed – as if I had been slightly sunburned. That dream kept me warm through a difficult time in my life.
Recently, I had a dream where I am traveling for work, staying at a hotel. The meeting is over and my plane is about to leave. But…I realize I haren’t packed my suitcase yet. I frantically try to shove all my clothes into my suitcase, but there is too much stuff! It is taking too long to pack and I realize I will miss my plane if I don’t leave right away.
Don’t know how this one ends. I woke up while I was still packing. Thanks to the Merry Mystic for reminding me in such a delightful way to stop, set down my baggage and catch my flight home.
